This is my blog, where I from time to time will write small updates on what I am currently doing. Below is the newest entry, while the rest can be found by using the buttons, or by looking through the overview box on the right side.
Yesterday I finally got over that last hurdle, defending my PhD!
I got to do the talk and questions in the Margrethe Bohr hall in the fancy "new" Niels Bohr Building, and it was a great time. The talk went well (at least I think so, myself), and the questions and discussions afterwards were interesting, and even gave me some new ideas.
You can see my slides on the PhD thesis page, where there are download links for everything related to the thesis.
Already from today, I'm moving on to starting a postdoc in the same research group. I finally get to go back to developing teaching materials for neutron scattering - something I've missed from the beginning of my PhD project. Together with a handful of others in the ACCESS project, I'll be developing "digital twins" of ESS instruments, so we can teach students and researchers how to do neutron experiments, online.
