For the Lotka-Volterra model with logistic growth, a more familiar form is h'=ah(1-h/K)-bhu/100,
where K is the carrying capacity.
In question 5, model 1, you basically write that there is no connection between steady states and the long term behavior of the system.
In question 5, model 2 you basically write that the stable states of the system are related to the long term behavior of the system
depending on the presence of prey and predators.
